Returns + Exchanges


What is your return policy?

Everybody & Everyone accepts returns on all unworn, unused items with original tags attached. Returns must be requested and postmarked within 21 days of original purchase date.


International orders are final sale.


How do I start a return?

To request a return, simply go to orders + returns on our website, submit your original order number and follow the prompts. Once done, you will receive a shipping label to the email address on file. Pack up, tape and drop off your package with the affixed shipping label to a USPS drop off facility.

How much is return shipping?

All items eligible for return receive free return shipping.


What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges via instant rebate within 21 days of purchase. Simply navigate to "start a return" follow the prompts and purchase the exchange item desired with the instant rebate code provided. 

 

How can I make an exchange?

To request an exchange, go to orders + returns on our website, submit your original order number and follow the prompts. Once done, purchase the exchange item desired with the instant rebate code provided. Additionally, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to the email address on file. Pack up, tape and drop off your package with the affixed shipping label to a USPS drop off facility. Your exchange order will be dispatched as soon as your original order is received!

 

We cannot accept exchanges on International orders at this time.


When can I expect my refund?

You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days of the return package post mark date.


What is the return and exchange policy for Afterpay items?

Our return and exchange policy is the same across the board, including Afterpay items!


May I combine my returns using one label?

We kindly request that you refrain from shipping multiple returns in one shipping package. This will insure we’ll be able to properly track and receive your return items.




Orders + Shipping


Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, the address entered and/or items within the order cannot be edited. If you contact our customer service team within an hour of ordering, we will try our best to cancel; however, we cannot guarantee order cancellations due to the speed with which orders are processed and shipped. Please email customerservice@everybodyeveryone.com to request an order cancellation.


How long before my order ships?

Overnight domestic express orders received prior to 2:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) will ship same day of order. For all other shipping methods, orders received prior to 1:00pm CST will ship same day of order. If the order is placed after these designated times, the order will ship the next business day. 


What forms of payment do you take?

Everybody & Everyone accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Paypal, and Afterpay (for eligible items and shoppers).


What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We use four domestic and two International shipping methods. Domestic options include: Low Carbon Option (3-8 days), Standard (2-5 days), Expedited (2-3 days), and Express (1 day). International options include: Standard DDP (7-10 days), Priority DDP (1-4 days).

*Countries not listed below (Do you ship Internationally?) will have an International Standard DDU option for shipping (7-14 days).


How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping methods: Low Carbon Option (Free), Standard ($6.95), Expedited ($9.95), & Express ($24.95). 

International shipping methods: Standard DDP ($24.95) Priority DDP ($59.95).

*Countries not listed below (Do you ship Internationally?) will have an International Standard DDU option for shipping ($29.95).


Where is my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will include your tracking number. If you have an issue with your order or do not receive confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@everybodyeveryone.com.


Where do you ship?

We ship globally, except to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine & Yemen.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes–for all countries listed below, the products will be imported on your behalf. By agreeing to International shipping, you authorize us to import the goods on your behalf. You also agree that we may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). You will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the products (DDP). All other countries not listed will import DDU (customer responsible for duties/taxes upon entry). DDP countries: Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Israel & China. 

What is a preorder and when will it ship?

We offer some items for sale before they arrive at our warehouse. These items will ship 2-4 days after they have arrived at our warehouse.


Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

In order to remain as sustainable as possible, we do not include packing slips or gift receipts in any of our orders.


Where can I find my tracking?

We will send your tracking number in a shipping confirmation email as soon your package leaves the warehouse.


How do referrals work?

Everybody & Everyone will give you a $25 discount code when your referred friends or family sign up for an Everybody & Everyone account and make their first purchase.


Please make sure your friends create and sign into their new account when they make their purchase. This way we can be sure you get your credit!



Can I get a price adjustment?

Items purchased within 10 days of being marked down or moved to the sale category are eligible for price adjustment. Simply email customerservice@everydbodyeveryone.com to receive a price adjustment in the form of a gift card.


Price adjustments will be issued in the form of a gift card and cannot be applied retroactively.


What currency are your prices in?

Unless otherwise noted, all items are shown in USD.


How can I recycle with Everybody & Everyone?

We want to make recycling end of life apparel easy. Send an email to customerservice@everybodyeveryone.com with the subject line: ‘Recycle!’. You’ll then receive a free, prepaid shipping label via email from our customer service team. Affix the prepaid shipping label to your original Everybody & Everyone packaging or packaging of your choice — no larger than 3 lbs or 28 inches x 28 inches. Fill with apparel: clothing, outerwear, activewear, etc. We kindly discourage sending swimwear and undergarments. Drop off at your local USPS location and receive 10% off your next Everybody & Everyone purchase.
